How do you guys decide to choose leisurely pace, brisk pace, very brisk pace or very very brisk pace on the walking? Its hard to decide.
Does anybody know if there is usually a difference with weighing yourself in the morning verses in the afternoon or evening. Last week I was weighing about 276 and this week its 280. I think I may have weighed myself in the morning last week. So I'm wondering if I gained or if I'm plateauing. Thanks, Debbie
