    Hello otkbrat,

    I live in Kentucky! I just recently started back on this site. I need the accountability and some structure to this journey. I lost 70 pounds on a "shake" diet and I have since gained it all back! I'm so depressed about it but I've wallowed in it long enough and it's time to get up and get going again.

    I would love to have a buddy to help each other along this journey. I'll send you a friend request.

    I understand. I've tried those shake diets in the past more than once and they don't work for me. I just get to hungry. I've tried Atkins, counting carbs, carbohydrate addicts diet. It works for awhile and then I just start craving the stuff I'm not supposed to eat.
