I eat out of boredom too :( That is one thing I said I was changing at the start of the year... and I have did really well with not eating when I am bored... I have tried to do other things like play a game, take random pictures, etc. It has been helping.

I normally find it easier on the weekends b/c I am always so busy... Plus I am a stress eater, and all of my stress comes about during the week. Although my husband doesn't make it easy for me on the weekends... He likes to eat (but is skinny & in shape)!

Down to 194. I think i am doing so well losing b/c of sickness... My oldest has been sick pretty much non-stop for the last 6 weeks and my youngest now has a stomach virus (which means I am probably going to have it!). They are keeping me so busy, i can't eat.

Oh I almost forgot to weigh-in today... I am so scared of the scale right now! I am finally out of the 200's... BUT I weighed in with my PJ's on today instead of my regular clothing (jeans)... Which means I have to work twice as hard this week to make sure I do not show a bigger number next week.

I feel like a moron now!!! Because I was weighin in and getting one weight and then would go to take my pictures and get a different weight and was getting annoyed b/c I couldn't figure out why... it just hit me! I have a big camera... it has to weigh something and I am holding it... lol.
