Hi, I am new to the forums, but not My Fitness Pal. I am looking for new food ideas and ways to stay motivated so I thought I would try out the forum.

    Hi Ashley! I recently switched to wheat pasta and found it makes a big difference for me. Now, if I could just get motivation (and time) to get to the gym!
