Alot of weight lifters do H.I.I.T. I really enjoy it and it's effective for me. Basically you can do it with whatever you want like running, elliptical, stationary bike ext. You warm up around 2-3 min. Then you do around 8 rounds of 45 seconds working as hard as you can and then 1:30 min rest followed by a cool down. There…

Yeah, I like HIIT a lot. I'm a lot better at high intensity things like HIIT and weight lifting. Not so much a long distance, 3 hour run type stuff. Maybe when I'm a little lighter. Who knows. Mountain biking sounds fun. I have some good mountains not far from me. Maybe I'll give it a go.

That's what I've been thinking. I went hungry all day yesterday and hit the calorie goal and though for sure I would have lost some but I gained .5 pound.
