I'm 5'1 and was about 135 at my heaviest, about three years back. I lost ~8 pounds gradually, just from leaving home/changing my diet, and now I'm down to 122. Hoping to get to 115 or less!

Sounds great!

New runner here-- I try to run about 12 miles a week, and want to get up to ~20.

I'm in the normal weight range for my height, and it's taken me about a month to lose ~5 pounds. 2 months/10 lb loss is not slow progress for someone on the small side!

I'm a beginner, currently running a couple miles 4-5 times a week. I just signed up for my first 5k race!

My boyfriend gives me awesome encouragement when I go running-- no matter how little or how slow I run, he always cheers me on! If your partner isn't happy for your health journey, that's a red flag.

You look incredible! Glowing all over!

I've always been a healthy eater, but I've pretty much given up drinking-- I might have a drink once a week or two, tops. I've given up drinking my calories in general-- no glasses of milk whenever I feel like it!

I'm currently in my senior year and know how hard it is to fit in workouts! Fitness tips: Wake up just a little bit earlier on workout days-- I like to schedule my blocks of workout time so it's harder for me to back out. For example, if I make a chart on Sunday that shows I'm running on MWF, I'm way less likely to flake…

I'm 5'1" and currently 125 pounds. I'm shooting for 115 pounds, but at least for me, clothing sizes vary too much to mean anything to my goals-- I'm currently a 2-4 in pants (but I have one 0 and one 6 that both fit!), and usually an XS or S on top (but I have some mediums that fit!). I also still have some Juniors larges…

I did C25K through week 6 or 7 last spring, and recently got back into running. I'm only doing about 2 slow miles a run, but I'd like to get into the habit of running 4-5 miles a few times a week. It's pretty amazing how before starting the program I couldn't run for more than 2 minutes, but even after stopping for a few…

I'd like to get comfortable with running 4-5 miles several times a week, at 10 minutes per mile-- right now, I'm only running about 2 miles, and at 12 minutes each!

Not that BMI means much, but I've always been in that upper range of "normal" (I've been at 23.8 for a long time). I'm one of those people who never eats junk/fried food, etc. who has always been chubby. Frankly, I think it takes me a ridiculous amount of physical activity to lose weight. It can be tough going when you…

I'm 5'1, 21 and in my senior year of college. I actually lost about 12 pounds in freshman year (down from my highest weight of 138 pounds in high school), and have been at 126 pounds for almost two years now. It's hard to balance working out and eating healthy with an incredibly packed schedule-- yesterday I ran from class…
