  • If you are really struggling to get the calories needed I would suggest more calorie dense foods. Nuts, spoonful of oil, add butter to your veggies, load up a sweet potato with dinner. Oh the options! I struggle to eat under my calories :( If you opened your diary we could have a closer to look to critique :)
  • Hi all! Looking for friends with open diaries :) Mine is public. Sending love from Sydney!
  • I'm going to be no help to your post but I have my own questions because I have the exact same thing but in my foot. I rolled my foot while running through a trail and I haven't been able to put any weight on that foot since (a week ago now) so I finally went to the doctors when Ive realised it's not just a sore muscle and…
  • Wow what a difference!! Congratulations!
  • I'm just curious to everyone using the Greek Yoghurt, is it 0%? I find 0% Greek yoghurt is very sour but then again maybe once you mix in the herbs its not as bad?
  • I dont like it purely because of how thick it is. I prefer Cellucor :)
  • Would love to see photos after the big day :) Congratulations on the wedding and your loss! Hard work and patience is key!
  • I make an egg salad mix. Hard boiled eggs mixed with avocado and dijon mustard, spread on toast. Yum yum!
  • Alcholic drinks Cafe drinks (skim or not) Pasta/Rice. I'm happy to just stir in a bunch of veggies and call it a day. Potato Chips Anything from Top Juice or Sumo Salad, you'd think from their proclaimed healthy advertising you wouldn't be gobsmacked at the calorie/macro count when looking more into their products. I'd…
  • I tend to have a protein shake for breakfast as I eat on the go. I feel aslong as its coupled with both carbs & fat it can make for a meal. Like this morning I had a chocolate protein shake with my oats mixed with a TBS of peanut butter.
  • Perfect! I need something like this, hoping it will keep me accountable and motivated! I'm 5'4 and currently 64kg. My loss is only set for 0.5kg a week so although while trying for 2 (which could be doable dropping the water weight) I'd be super stoked with 1kg! Ultimate aim - Roughly 58kgs (I'm more interested in a…
  • Ohhh, hurrr sorry that's actually completely straight forward and you're totally right looking back on the past few days MFP goals now  I'm just looking into it too closely thinking as the day goes on MFP will just keep increasing the numbers
  • Thanks for your reply! Sorry I didn't mention it but MFP is the same defecit 0.5kg (1lb) I was going to stick to the 1lb loss until I hit maybe 61-62kg, my usual weight range and then drop the deficit back to 250. 2- Wow that's interesting to know, so you think I should stick closely with what fitbit estimates since it can…
  • This is so spot on. OP, I know eating in a surplus sounds scary but think about it you're not going to turn into a balloon overnight, take your time and go read through some clean bulking websites and threads. This is exactly what you want.
  • I just got a fitbit Charge HR today (so a total noob!) and would also like to know the answer to this please! On MFP I've been following my own TDEE and macro goals. Should I change this and now manually add in my exercise calories via the fitbit?
  • Alternatively have the second and aim for your weekly calorie/macros not daily. Ate an extra 300 today? Have a 50 less for the next 6 days! But this, definitely this ^ Good job holding yourself strong and resisting! Just don't forget there is ways around it while still achieving your goals! :grinning:
  • Here's what I can think off the top of my head, hope it helps! - Take a protein shake or two! Take two shakers already have the powder in the bottom and just add water! Have that for one of your meals with some fruit and have the other when your more desired snacks come out. - Take your own meals. I don't have a microwave…
  • Your ribs may become more protruding if you lose weight, it comes down to genetics and the way your built. I personally get so bony in my top half, my collar bone is very prominent and you can usually see my sternum. Unfortunately that's just the way I'm built. I could still be thick around my love handles and thighs but…
  • So the whole time reading this thread I've been trying to say "Raw till four" in different accents to see the difference in words/rhyming
  • I didn't even think to search for MFP on facebook. Thank you!
  • I really like chobani :) I eat the plain 0% one so I can add in my muesli and a dash of honey. Sooo tasty! It's my breakfast most mornings.
  • I did it for a about a year and a half then stopped for about 9 months due to surgery/lack of time and money over the holidays. Got up to advanced prep but had to go back two classes due to strength loss! But SOOO glad I'm back into it! Love the pole :) Motivates me to do better at the gym because I want to look good on…
  • I tend to do salads, takes me about 5 minutes to demolish it but I don't make a large one or use big leafy greens, I dislike most of them. I use a handful of baby spinach leaves, one whole carrot sliced, 25g of cheese and i cut up some orange and throw it in there for a summery taste! (I squeeze the juice out of it prior…
  • Bumping this purely so more people can read her profile :# :#
  • Soooooo apart from the severe derailing of this thread I would love to know how @sexysexy1 is coming along. Are you still staying strict? Chosen any particular methods? Consulted a tailor yet? Congrats on your wedding! Don't stress, you'll realize after its done that you've worried over nothing, that even if you don't lose…
  • I don't know about effective because well i'm still on my journey but what HIIT I do on the tready is I put the speed at 11.5-12 with an incline of 6, 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 20 minutes. If I feel like crap that morning I won't put the incline as high but I am trying to work on getting it higher and faster! I suck…

  • I did this exact thing last night....A dozen Krispy Kreme donuts - 4 original, 4 Karamel Glazed and one of each of the 4 new halloween ones. - I ate 4 (The halloween ones, we usually only get original but I wanted to try them. DAMN YOU KRISPY KREME NEWSLETTER.) I'm hoping that my boyfriend who has an incredibly fast…
  • I usually do oats with honey and either a protein shake or scrambled eggs/cheese. I don't struggle to make my protein/carb/fat macros but I struggle to get fibre, low carb days I'll barely make 10g - high carb days, depending on the food, I might get 15. So if you're looking for a fibre boost I've just recently found (I'm…
