I think I read somewhere (in a nutrition class) that the minimum is 1g/kg of body weight. For exemple, if you weigh 60kgs, you need at least 60g of protein. You don't need as much as people seem to tell on these forums. If you exercise a lot, you can eat more protein. You can read about proteins here:…

Have you ever heard of people doing 80/10/10? It works for them.

I use the brown rice one and it definitely has quite a strong taste, not very pleasant (I admit, it stinks). I personally don't mind it a lot and use it in my oatmeal with cocoa powder and vanilla and other stuff to hide the taste, but I can see how it could bother some people. I find the soy one way better.

I love Cassey! I can't wait for her 8 week hot body challenge that starts next week!

158 cm/5'2 and 95 lbs (43 kgs) I usually eat around 1400-1500 kcal. I have a sedentary job, I work from home at my desk all day so I have to make sure to move every day. My goal is to walk between 30 min and 1 hour and to do Blogilates between 30 min to 1 hour everyday. My Fitbit helps me also to stay on track.

I have the same problem. I just started again the 30 day shred and my calves hurt so bad, I can't do all the jumps. I did day 1 then had to take one rest day yesterday, I just did day 2 but it hurt. I hope it will get better with time, but it even hurts to walk. If anybody has any advice it would be appreciated.

My lunch Pizza with tomato sauce, zucchini and feta cheese (less than 300 kcal). The crust is from Blogilates (http://www.blogilates.com/recipe-index/healthiest-pizza-in-the-world), it obviously doesn't taste like real pizza but it's good. Salad with celery and a clementine.

Sure! For 30 cookies, you'll need: 240g of flour 100g of sugar 1/2 of a baking powder sachet (1 tsp maybe) 130g of butter 100g of quinoa 1 egg 1 pinch of salt You basically mix everything, roll into a ball, let it cool in the fridge for half an hour. Then you can form the cookies and bake them for 15 min at 180°C (350°F).

First time posting here. Quinoa cookies. 65 kcal/serving, and they are obviously full of love

I've being doing Cassey's workouts for a while now and I love them. I always get exited when she posts a new one every week. I have her calendar, but I don't follow it religiously. I just get "inspired" by it. For example, today is abs/core so that's what I'll work on but not necessarily the ones that are listed on the…

I'm glad I've found this recipe. Thanks. I don't like having to buy store tortillas because they come with 6 in each package, and I live alone so I don't need that much. I'm definitely going to try these. I've found that tortillas are great to replace pizza dough, especially when you cook for only one person!
