  • I have been at the same weight for months and I do not cheat! I sometimes think our bodies are simply set in one place until we shock the fire out of it!   • Don't over think it! Just enjoy every time you put on a smaller size. I have been known to do the ""happy dance" in dressing rooms. I am learning if we do the work everything else will fall into place! Stay positive
  • I have renewed my commitment by joining myfitnesspal today. I want to get to the next set of numbers on the scale! I am hoping by logging my food and exercise I will be held more accountable to myself! I have about 20 more pounds to drop. I have lost about 30 during the last year. Here we go.....
