THIS! I know dang well the jeans I'm wearing are too small for my bigg butt, and as I lose weight it will take longer for them to become too big because they really have no business being on me right now at all. When you have to hop and wiggle to get them up, it's time to go up a size, most people are just too vain to do…

congrats!! I got engaged last night too :)

THIS! This is what I need to remember and stop obsessing. Oh, I've only lost 2 pounds... but the pants that were snug 2 weeks ago fell off of me yesterday.... why am I not making progress?!?! THAT is my scumbag brains whining mentality.
-
Daily. Sadly, it makes me feel obsessed... sometimes I weigh in as much as 5 times a day to see exactly how much fluctuation there is during the day with food going in/out. I get a feeling of accomplishment when I weigh the same/ less at night as I did at a first thing in the AM weigh.

My t25 resluts for the first week are my profile picture. I love this program and highly recomend!

I'm not following their diet, but I keep calories between 1100 and 1200, high protien, medium (lol) carb.

Thanks! I love this workout so much!! This is the last day of week 2, so I'll have another pic on Monday. I don't think the results are AS drastic this week, but I know for a fact I've lost at least an inch off my waist and another off my hips because I cheated and measured this morning, before lower focus and Abs. Doing…

I prefer one meal over an entire day.

I have a one and a half year old and work part time (28-30 hours) on overnight shift. Never get enough sleep, I dream of the day my child (who I plan to homeschool) sleeps until 11am lol. Lost 49 pounds, looking to lose another 50+ (sitting right around 194 now) and tone up, hopefully before bathing suit and shorts season…

My progress pic is my profile pic. In the first week I only lost 1 pound, but 5.5 inches (waist, hips and thighs). I am happy with that, even though I want these pounds to GO.

You're awesome! Once I hit ONEderland, I think I got kind of complacent and that's why I hit my plateau. Don't you make MY mistake!

Awesome website, Thanks!

1. Calories set at 1,500, normally under. And If I go over, I make sure to do "enough" to burn what I go over. 2. Food scale is a yes. I weigh and measure everything... I even googled what percentage a teaspoon was of a tablespoon (It's 33 if you care) so that if I didn't use a whole tablespoon of something (usually peanut…

I would like to thank everyone who replied, and all the helpful messages and friend requests. This website is one of.the greatest places you could possibly come to find like minded friends. Since I'm on my phone, answering all questions tonight is going to be pretty impossible, but I wanted to.thank you all and I'll pop in…

Thank you. I'm starting to think I'm CRAZY. I don't want to be 200 pounds! It seems like I have no control over myself. I'll just think in my head, oh a little ice cream wont hurt... and then it does and I get frustrated. I want to see 198 on that scale so bad... I'm about to get post it nots and write myself mean messages…

Great Job!

Probably depends on the brand.
-
thank you, this was helpful!! You look great OP! Keep up the awesome job!!

I made that yesterday. I just popped it in the oven for 45 minutes (it was about a pound and a half) and it came out amazing.

Putting yourself on a timeline like that is a recipe for failure. Either you will crash diet and lose the weight that fast and possibly gain it back, or you won't lose it and you;ll feel guilty. Just watch what you eat and excersize, and it will come off. I've lost close to 30 pounds in a little over 2 months.

I peek sneakily out the side window and then hunker down in my living room all quiet like until they stop knocking.
-
That sounds about right
-
I have to agree here!
-
Ugh. My boyfriends cousin keeps telling me I "need" to do this cabbage soup diet. Her exact words were "I tried it and lost 15 pounds! But I gained them all back when I started eating like regular again" well no ****. And I don't want to just lose 25 pounds for a week, I want them gone for life!

Level 1 day 6 to be completed this afternoon. I've had to ditch the high impact cardio and just do the lower impact because it wasn't being good to my knees at all, but overall I feel so much stronger and can SEE the difference already.
-
Is anyone else finding their knees hurting... A LOT? Not sure if I should cut out the high impact cardio (jumping jacks and jump rope) and sub in one of the lower impact one's that we do throughout? I don't want to hurt my knees and not be able to do anything.Aaron

Oh yeah! Today is day 3 for me and I am ravenous!! I've been doing 1500 daily and eating a very small portion of my excersize cals back (sometime, not always) and today I'm just freaking starving. I also do between 30-75 minutes of cardio a night. I'm keeping it at bay with water and low cal filling snacks though

Awesome job!

Good Job! I can't stomach the idea of undoing all the hard work I do each week... McDonalds just isnt worth it!
