I went to the doctor and on the discharge summary I was diagnosed "obese". That will smack you right in the face. I have tree trunks myself. The only thing that seems to work for me is running- particularly for distance.

hard to gauge the problem without logging. A food scale is way more accurate so I would invest in one. If you're just not liking the number you're seeing.. If it's more body composition (trouble zones) weight training will be your best friend.
