You did it once you can do it again. Don't look at the pounds look at the difference in your clothes. That's what I did.

you need fibre in your diet, this comes from whole fruit and veg (not smoothies or juices as they have already broken down the fibre). What is your definition of clean?

I do aqua circuits which is really good and combines weights and cardio with loads of fun. Have done aqua Zumba which was ok now and again but I started to get bored of it.

Have done combat classes which are great but not the DVD. So presume they are more or less the same and the classes are good.

Weight training helped me . You need weights to really tone the arms I think.
