when you look at them, are you leaning your sholders forward to look... this is going to sound really dumb but leaning over you look like you have more pouch, then you actually do... Took me a while to figure that out.

Mine always look really low... let be honest. Food companys only have to have a +/- of 5 or 10 calories so you could be eating more than you relize. Most poeple overestimate there exercise ( even with HRM) and understimate the food that they eat.

It is going to sound stupid when I say it... but Nike Training App for the Iphone... seriously has been kicking my butt. Three levels. None stop for 15 to 30 min. Have you tried to find Cross Fit ? It is my new favorite addiction. It is awesome :-) Hope it helped some. Happy searching

Honestly I got tired of telling myself I would do it tomorrow. So I started getting up in the am to workout. It is the only way that I can garentee a workout. Now that I am use to it, sometimes it is harder for me to go other days. I love it.

COngratulations on 4-5 monthes... that is amazing. I wish I could go that long. I think the longest I have been so far is maybe 2. I think it is awesome that you went that long with out taking a step backwards.

I am curious how low carb you are trying to stay for your day... I have been" low carbing" it for a while I eat under 100 grams on a high day, and under 50 on a low day. I eat most of my carbs before noon. I just wondered what your plan was here before I could offer any suggestions ?
