I can tell you mine has very little to do with my weight. I use my weight as a way to cover up a lot of other things... Today I had a huge break through. I think I am headed in the right direction.

Thanyou for the validation... I have been adding around 100 extra during my period... Poeple use to say I was crazy when I said that I would loose the most weight during my period compared to the rest of the month... I KNEW I WASN"T CRAZY

power aide zero - even with the sodium a gallon of water - yes I carry around a gallon of water packing my food everyday ( even the weekends) Muscle and Fitness / RX fitness magizine for motivation :-)
