I am not going to lie 1/4 cup of black beans - I put 1 tbsp of unsweetened coco powder, and 1 tbsp of splenda mix together and microwave for 45 seconds and eat for a treat :-)

I think sometimes the problem comes with the fact that poeple that binge eat or are just over eaters ( and do not purge ) think that poeple with Anorxia and Bulimia - and even EDNOS, have it easy. I don live to eat... I eat to live. Honestly I eat really clean. It is hard for me to eat much more than I do now. I feel healthy. My blood work is good ( as long as I keep my blood sugar under control). I think some poeple can do it, and some can't.

I just try and cheat smart... I eat relitivly low carb so when I cheat I try and do some kind of carb that my body does need. like thin crust pizza with a million veggies. or mac a cheese with whole wheat pasta and reduce fat cheese... it is like a small treat with health benifits

I don't really get annoyed... My partner dons't eat clean, I do... Most of the time we end up cooking diffrent things ( in the same kitchen- together) ... we ahve just agreeded to disagree. women need to lift, and lift heavy... and it is impossible to turn out like arnold, unless that is the results that you want. You can "cheat" but cheat smart. pack and prepare everything so you don't have an excuse. Be miserable with your choice or motivate yourself, whatever has to be done. It is always your choice.

HIIT - Running... 30 min total Brisk walk 5 min. to warm up ( I do about 3.8) Run 30 sec. full out ( I do 8.5 or 9) Walk 1 min. to cool down ( 3.5) Last 5 min of the 30 walk to cool down... Push yourself - it is a great fat burner :-)
