I think that she has every right to file for child support. Children are expensive. I get both cases... I get child support for my 3 kids from my ex and my partner pays out child support for his 3 kids. It's frustrating on my end to watch his ex spend all the money on herself and that we are still responsible to buy…

I use a water bottle at work helps with the mindless munching... I just grab the water bottle instead... helps alot.

First attempt this morning. WOWZERS I agree I like this one better then workout 7 but I find that she doesn't modify enough for a person my size it's disappointing. Hopefully the next round of the BR I am much smaller and can kick this out of the park

I am done phase 2 on Saturday... so nervous for phase 3 as workout 7 was a killer.... glad to be done with that one this morning!!

did workout 7 last night. Agreed it wasn't pretty. I HATE planks... and pushups. I have to modify them and they SUCK!!!

I do them on my knees... for the life of me I can't do a regular push up!! Tonight doing the LAST workout 6!!! Next week I am into week 7!!!

I lost 3 lbs the first month and a total of 2 inches.. hoping Phase 2 shakes something up!!

Me too.. my husband left me 5 years ago and I lost 20lbs in no time. Just now going through with the lawyers.. I just keep thinking the better I look the worse he will feel!! (He has put on a ton of weight in the last 5 years!!)

Starting week 6 for me today. So far loving it... no significant weight loss for me. Will be measuring on Saturday... phase one didn't loose too many inches either... hoping for something this weekend!

I wear both... but record the HRM into MFP... it's supposed to overide it on Fitbit. You have to put in your start time...

I started Phase 2 yesterday. Workout 5... that woman is MEAN!! My arms were like jello!!! I can't wait to see the results after phase 2... I didn't get much results out of phase 1

That's awesome to hear!!! I am very nervous about moving on to week 5!! I did do the F bombs as well the first week of wo 3 and 4... that is why I am afraid of wo 5 and 6!!!!

I am starting to get a 'summer cold'. I am feeling drained today. Just not sure if it's the cold medicine I took. I really don't want to take a break with the JMBR... I will see how I feel when I get home.

That's good news! I am hoping for some noticeable changes!! I did take my measurements didn't notice much in the first 2 weeks. Will be taking measurements again this weekend.
