enter your recipe in the recipe area and divide by the servings. also at a lot of restaurants that have a website they have nutritional info so check there.

I find if I workout in the morning.....then I am not as hungry. Also use a smaller plate at family gathers it makes me feel like I have more food than I actually do. Fill up with salads, we always bring a fruit salad otherwise make sure you make something to bring that you know you can have. Moderation moderation…

when I get discouraged because of ups and downs I go to the reports and look at my progress over a longer period of time...this shows me in fact this plan is working and working well

I used to work at a bariatric facility and saw numerous lap bands done....you can lose weight but you can also gain it back. stay away from processed and canned foods-increase raw or steamed vegs-stop any soda pop-use other spices for flavoring ( I like Mrs. Dash- salt free)- look up recipes for things you like on the web and alter them to decrease sodium

I say it is best to do all over body exercise and not try to focus on just a couple areas. the best exercise is the one you will do- so just get started. I use JM 30 day shred and Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds and they are fantastic. Use what works for you

there are excellent walking dvds for inside use - exercise makes the snacking less of a problem for me because if I put the effort into exercise I sure want to reap the benefits and not screw it up with snacking

I think you should add have a healthy cholesterol level have a healthy blood pressure sleep better at night because I exercise look in the mirror and say- "Dang I look good" exercise and realize I am doing this for me and no one else exercise and feel the endorphins and say yes I can do this

I try to fill out what I am going to eat for the day including snacks and stick to it- not only the types of foods but also the portions I alloted for myself So I guess you would say I plan ahead

you also really need to up the water intake yours is kinda low

I think it is worth a trial to see how your body does- everybody is different and not everybody needs to eat back all the exercise calories burned- you need to find what works for you. I do think confusing your body by alternating calories could give you a boost.

they do make ring sizers that clip on to the ring or you could do it like we did in the 70's and wrap yarn around the ring until it fits

my daughters and my husband are always encouraging me to keep going

way to go. I also do the Wii fit run and when I started I could barely run the shortest distance now I can run the 30 mins 3 times in a row. Just keeping increasing a little at a time and you will be surprised how you will progress.
