I've lost 14 pounds, in 2 months, my simple question is, Is this enough?
I read other MFP profiles and quite often i see 20 to 30 pounds weight loss over the same time, and many started off very similar weight to me...so am i doing something wrong? :frown:

I must be doing something horribly wrong then, its taken me roughly a year to lose 40 pounds! Amazing some can lose that much in 2 months!0

if you are supposed to lose 1-2 pounds per week like FP says it should be ~4-8 pounds a month0

14 pounds in 2 months is fantastic! Give yourself some credit!! Don't worry about other people! Slow and steady wins the race!0

I think14lbs is amazing!!! I've been working out for 3 months and have only lost 12lbs!!! If you have more weight to loose it's easier to drop the weight quicker! The less you have to lose the harder you have to work at it!!! Good job and good luck!!!0
