  • I have gained weight without my medication. The part I hate is that I haven't made any changes in my routines to gain it. Here is hoping you have different results.
  • its horrible how hard those of us with hypothyrodism have to work just to see a little sign that we are loosing. while those that do not have to deal with our night mare just seem to see the weight fall off. I have been working out like crazy , i must admit i have more energy but no weight loss , good luck
  • I have been fighting hypothyroidism for 15 years, Dr. keeps increasing my dose of levo. but hasn't seen any changes. I work out everyday cardio and strengthing. Just trying to keep the scales on a steady decline. Any advise from this group

  • Something that I learned that I am not sure if all of you know. You should take your thyroid medication one hour before you eat. It does not work right otherwise
