I actually didn't get a chance to put it in since I was gone all day and night and didn't get back til after midnight. I was working a double shift and after the first 12 hours I didn't care what I ate. I think I ate a bag of m&ms and a bag of doritos and a 6 inch subway sandwich, the sandwich was actually pretty healthy.

I try to eat around 1200, a lot of times I'm under but only by 50-100 calories.

Something for my butt and arms, and maybe stomach too, but I figured I'd lose most of my stomach weight doing cardio. I'm more of a solo person when it comes to working out. Also money is an issue too I can't really afford the work out tapes that expect you to buy a bunch of equipment to go with it.

I must be the exact opposite of a lot of people cause I enjoy exercising it's the dieting and eating healthy part I don't care for. I would much rather eat junk food than vegetables, but I know I have to eat healthy and exercise to lose weight cause if I just do one or the other, I'll basically just maintain my current…
