I'm pretty sure my settings are correct (if you mean height/weight/etc) I went the band under a faucet everytime I use it and yet, I certianly feel like I am working harder then walking my dog. When doing no more trouble zones, I am drenched in sweat and my heart rate gets up.

Maybe it is! Even when I do her No More Trouble Zones, I only burn 120-150 calories where as everyone else says they burn over 300. Not sure how to detect that it's off - maybe I'll call polar

HELP!! I did level 1 yesterday and using my HRM - I only burned 89 calories. 89 CALORIES!! WTF. When I did NMTZ, I only burned 176 calories. I thought I was giving it my all. Now, I normally don't do weights (I hate them) but I've set myself a goal to tone up and every little bit of weight I do gets me closer to my goal.…
