I started mine today and just put it as general aerobics. I'm pooped though. So unfit and it's so hot today I must have sweat off 6lbs lol. Good luck with it :-)

I did level 1 the other day and my HRM said I burned 89 calories. Not much at all! :(

I record it as circuit training... 22 minutes to count for the warm up and cool down.

That's odd. Maybe your hrm is off somehow? You should at least be burning 200 calories doing that

I don't think it is a high calorie burner either. However, it is good for toning!

Maybe it is! Even when I do her No More Trouble Zones, I only burn 120-150 calories where as everyone else says they burn over 300. Not sure how to detect that it's off - maybe I'll call polar

I have a polar and when I started I burned around 200 and now on my last day I burn 100 or less. My HR recovers really fast when I stop the cardio and go to abs, then increases a little bit for the strength and shoots up for the cardio--which is only two min at a time. BTW I'm 62 and 15 pounds overweight...so if your are younger and more fit I wouldn't think you would get a huge number of calories burned.
The plus is that even at my age I see a huge difference in my body shape, so it is a good fast overall workout.
