Strength Training is a workout consisting of weights and working your muscles only. Circuit training involves cardio and strength training.

Strength training is basically resistance training--weight lifting, exercises using bands or your own body weight, etc.

Circuit training is resistance training that is either done at a brisk enough pace to keep your heart rate raised as cardio would, or strength training in intervals alternating with cardio (again, to keep your heart rate up).
