If your trying to lose weight I wouldn't advise you do heavy lifting because that will put on muscle weight which will make the scale go up and not down. I recommend you do lighter weights and more reps. That's what I'm doing.

LOL. North Korea is an ant getting ready to get smashed. They are no threat to us. Hell North Korea doesn't even have a guidance system for their missiles so all that puffing the chest out saying we'll use Nukes and so forth is a whole load of bull **** because they don't have the range to hit America. However North Korea…

I eat 1,200-1,300 calories a day. The smaller your body gets the less food your body needs to function. That's always been the case for me. Also the human body adapts just like any other animal would. Whatever you do to your body it'll adapt to whatever you do to it.

Heaviest: 287 lbs Current: 182 lbs Goal: 170 lbs Does that count? Anyway be happy for how far that you've come already. You just have to keep trying and set yourself reasonable goals. It takes time. (Remember this is a marathon not a sprint and you've got your whole life to work on it.) My advice is look at your negative…

I like the idea of it. Might just be able to travel cheaper on air travel and that's awesome on the wallet. Another good motivation to stay in shape.

No. I'm straight. (Not in my DNA to think that way.) Anyway looks fade over time. If we got nothing in common or the person I'm with is an airhead or a *kitten* to me I'm not gonna hang around them. Period. I don't care how pretty someone looks if we not nothing in common or share the same interests there's no reason for…

I want to be lean and cut because I want to be extremely athletic and have lots of stamina endurance. Having too much muscle mass makes me slow and I don't like that. This is why I'm preferring to be lean instead of ripped.

I like both but since I'm always on the go Pop Tarts win by default. Cinnamon & Cherry Pop Tarts FTW! :D

I really liked the demo and concept of the game. I'll get it on PS3 down the road. This is what Mortal Kombat VS DC Universe should of looked like and played like. Though it would be cool if it was rated M and that with Scorpion I can rip Batman's head off. :D

Hell yeah. Played every Unreal game up to Unreal Tournament 2007. Here's me hoping the next Unreal Tournament goes back to the roots like what Unreal Tournament 1999 offered but uses the new Unreal 4 Engine.

Daily in the morning before you eat or drink anything reason being is because of water retention which will fluctuate weight had you eaten or drank something.

Yeah that college work is killer. So much stress for me, lots of homework, limited time, finals, etc. = Yikes! I understand the kids part and the career that's a lot of work. How old are your kids? (Do you ever try to teach your kids healthy eating habits/exercising or get them involved in good habits young?) That's where…

My routine is to do cardio before I do lifting and then do cardio again after lifting. Cardio: ex.) -Run 4 miles to the gym and another 4 miles back. (8 miles) -Bike 10 miles to the gym and another 10 miles back. (20 miles) -Speed walk carrying weights in the backpack and wearing a weight vest. (4 miles X 2 = 8 miles)…

You should ask the trainers for an appointment on how to do proper form on weights and the strength will come in time.

I always try to stay optimistic and keep trying. Quotes also help. ex.) My favorites. "A man can only quit in two ways if he gives up or he dies." "Nothing is impossible when heart and mind are put to the test.-Spartacus "The only easy day was yesterday.-SEAL Team 1 (U.S Navy) "In the end there will only be chaos."-Kratos…

I hate when people say ax and not ask. I hate when people say pacific instead of specific. >.<

I work out in the morning or afternoon. Don't like to work out in the evening because there's lots of traffic. :P
-
Flat Out flatbread sandwich w/ 4 oz roast beef & mustard. Followed by 4 cups green beans and water. Pretty simple.
-
Pre-work out: I eat very light. Mainly I'd eat an apple and some peanuts or some vegetables. Post-work out: 4-8oz Chicken Breast w/ green vegetables and water. Nothing too crazy. I want my body to eat more fat not just burn off the calories I ate before my work out you know.

Gender: Male Age: 23 Starting Weight: 260 lbs Current Weight: 182-186 (Fluctuate throughout the day.) Goal: 170 lbs What are my reasons for wanting to lose/gain weight? Avoid health issues, be more energetic, look good in clothes and feel better about myself. I don't have an eating disorder. I don't care what the media…

If your having less energy that means your not getting enough sleep. (8 hours or more of sleep per day is essential your body recovering and refueling your energy throughout the day.) Food Diet: -Protein: ex.) Chicken, Fish, Lamb, Beef, Pork, Nuts, Eggs, etc. (Eat more lean protein. Fish/Chicken being the best options.)…

Try cutting down your fruit intake to 1 serving/day and then eat more vegetables instead to replace what you would of been eating had you been eating more fruit. The body builders at my gym told me that fruit has lots of sugar and works the same way a simple carb does your body will just store it. (Vegetables are primarily…

Really toned 170 lbs at my height (5 ft 8 inches) would give me 7% body fat.

You don't have to be exact. The numbers that your chart is giving you are recommendations for the maximum intake that you can have of certain food groups throughout the day. ex.) Protein, Sodium, Carbohydrates, Sugar, etc. As long as you don't go over your maximum intake then you'll do fine. I recommend going easy on the…
