This! Exactly. I was reading an article a couple weeks ago from a trainer and former body builder and he mentioned how today it's abnormal to be fit and muscled men/women are looked at as weird a lot of times. We are a completely backwards society.

Alas, office politics prevent this. I would love to tho. :-/ True story! I hate it when people try to point out what's bad about what you're eating! I'm allowed to enjoy something every now and then! Agreed. I don't even talk to them about what I'm doing anymore, just go about my business. Another true, but sad, story.

This isn't an actual oatmeal recipe, but it uses oats. I take about a 1/4 cup of dry oats and mix it with a container of yogurt in a bowl. Let it sit for a few minutes so the oats can absorb some moisture and enjoy! Letting it sit overnight in the fridge is even better!

I like that idea! Exactly. The guy that brings up the pizza actually told me a couple weeks ago that he needs to change (after consuming a 1500 calorie fast food meal and feeling terrible) and asked me how. I explained everything that I do, showed him MFP and he hasn't logged in for over a week now.

The reference was helpful. I've been kinda self conscious about where I am but I'm right around what I should be for bench and squat...deadlift I was well ahead. :) I will wear these bruises as a badge of honor!

All of this! I've got the standing down at this point but now I have to get to where I can do the stand/sit intervals. Those are rough for me! The trainer that does my class said the same...she didn't even finish her first class and now she's teaching.
