Hello all! I used MFP with great success last year but when my rugby club took time off during the holidays last year I stopped tracking and fell off the wagon. It's time to get healthy again, not just so I can make it through a full match but for me and my family. I'm not as young as I used to be! lol

Pleasantly surprised!
In preparation for date night with the wife, I checked the restaurant's menu to see what they had and decided that I was going to have a few oysters. Looked up the nutrition and...10 calories per oyster! Guilt free and uber tasty. Can't get much better than that!
