  • I had the same problem too but then i realize that if a cheat day is bad for me then maybe it's good for me not to have it and instead i just eat a cheat meal once or twice a week because then i can manage my eating after the cheat
  • Well there are some workouts i enjoy like pilates and running but other sports i do i really suffer in pain of the workout and i say to myself "no pain no gain" but i'm defenetly happy when the workout is done lol! i really trying to find music that gives me energy to keep going it's really helpful
