I would stay if your system was working before, don't worry about changing anything up at the moment. I'm pretty sedentary at work as well, and I always like to error on the side of caution.

How long have you been tracking for and not seeing any changes? You definitely shouldn't have to give up your glass of wine, and if you're eating well, it should all work itself out. Have you tried moving your alarm clock so you actually have to get out of bed to shut it off? It usually works for me.
