  • as stated if in deficit you should be fine. just keep your ratios/percentages properly maintained. also excess protein can be converted into fat if not used
  • the body takes about a week to two weeks to adapt to a decreased/increased caloric intake (it is why you should decrease/increase intake in intervals). calorie deficit is a deficit no matter how you put it. should start seeing loss again soon

  • like a lot of them said, I was never a runner either. but my body got used to the running within a week or two. you have to STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND DO IT! thats the key to success
  • you want to keep approx. 50-55% carbs 20-30% protein 15-25% fat this ratio is a standard for losing or gaining weight. however, too much of any of these, the body will store it as fat

  • do a thorough stretch before and after the workout to warm up/cool down you muscles (any where from 5-20 minutes). if you are working out properly you should feel sore but should still be able to function
  • try hyper extensions. even other types of exercises not aimed specifically at you back can strengthen it. Barbell lunges are good for you legs but also your back as it supports some of the weight of the bar.
  • no special diet just healthy eating habits with proper serving sizes. Moderation and common sense can out do any type of dieting program. Also I 100% cut fast food and pop out of my diet.
