I have one and my hubby and I both use it to roll out sore muscles. It does hurt like hell but it is worth the feeling the next day. Not nearly as sore.

www.skinnytaste.com has a some great healthy recipes. I use them frequently. Most of them are 4 servings so I portion it out and throw them int he freezer for lunch. Usually I take a day on the weekend and make several meals and then freeze them. Hope it helps!

I know when I don't get enough sleep I am super hungry too. I just eat and eat and eat. For me, I am just not strong enough mentally to make good choices and/or resist temptation when I don't have enough sleep. I hope you can find a way to get more sleep into your schedule soon!

Agreed on the running shoes. Go somewhere and have your gait checked and select shoes based on that. I didn't do that when I started running and ended up with hip problems and pain that was resolved once I started stretching and got into the right shoes with the right support.

I have a Samsung galaxy s3 and I use a spi belt. It snaps around the waist and I put my key and phone it in, doesn't bounce around at all and I use mapmyrun app to track my running, and run spotify for music on it so I can easily get into it and change songs etc...

I make the oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon and 1 cup water, after it is cooked I add in blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, YUMMY!!!

I am so happy that you have realized you can eat more than the 1200 calories and still lose weight. It is something I found really hard to believe until I tried it. Glad you had a killer workout in the gym today too!

I run almost daily and lift stronglifts 5 x 5 3 days per week. I don't find it too much and my weights keep improving, hope this helps!

I am in my early 40's and I have a lot of saggy skin on my belly but I was overweight most of my life. I have been lifting for a while now and I am hoping to see some tightening in this region soon. If not, I am going to have a little tuck done in this region.

Yep, mine matches perfectly! 5'2.5, wrist size is 6.3 which said I was a large frame - wasn't sure of that prior to this link and my weight goal is around 135 and it said I can be in the range of 128-143.
