Another option would be stronglifts 5 x 5. Done in about 30 minutes and not a lot of new exercises to learn.

I like Wendy's chili if I am in a pinch and if I am really needing the calories then I eat a baked potato with toppings. Other than that I don't eat fast food since it doesn't really taste good.

For me I gotta remember why I started exercising and eating better to begin with. My family has a lot of health problems and some of them have some weight problems. I felt the same way. I was stressing myself out over points and weigh-in days. Since I have been with MFP, life is so much better and way less stressful!

My trainer has me working on negative pull-ups where you start from the pull-up position and work on increasing your ability to hold the position a few seconds at a time. Hope it helps!!!

Me too. Whatever it inputs I go with. I don't use MFP's exercise tab at all. I think it grossly over exaggerates on burn on most of the activity.

You know I haven't experienced that at all. My MFP friends have all been great, we talk about fitness and support and encourage each other but we also talk about things going on in our lives. Sorry to hear your not getting that! Feel free to add me if you would like!

Honestly I tried New rules of lifting last year but it was too complicated for me. I am doing stronglifts 5 x 5 3x per week and it is done in less than 30 minutes and I get one heck of a workout. Already lost almost 9 inches in 30 days and I still do my running almost daily, eat at TDEE - 20%. Hope this helps!

I run almost daily usually 3-10 miles and I lift heavy 3x per week, sometimes more so you can work out twice per day with no issues. It all depends on what your body is telling you and that you fuel it. r-balogh is right P90x doubles is tough and might work better for you!

That is pretty neat to see the amounts in different foods that are 200 calories. Reminds me to eat healthy so I get more food! I am greedy like that!
