Day 31/90 - back, biceps and abs done! I think I just found another favorite workout.

Day 30/90 - plyo X done! I was really busy today, and had to put it off till the evening. I couldn't wait to get home and push play.

Brought some extra cardio today! Who else thinks exercise is addictive?

Day 29/90 - chest, shoulders, triceps and abs done! I have a good feeling about phase 2. I still feel a lot of burn from that workout. @ddavies - I've thought about doing Insanity next, but it's still quite a ways away for me.

Day 24/90 - kenpo x done! Halfway through recovery week, and I'm really looking forward to starting phase 2. Does anyone else think the recovery week is a bit boring?

Day 22/90 - yoga X done! I even got through all the downward dog and vinyasas today without taking a break (though it was due more to sheer determination not to give in to the pain than anything else). I'm in the recovery week now, so I'm going to add some cardio X this evening to burn a few more calories if I can find…

Day 20/90 (really day 20 this time) - kenpo x done! I'm finished with phase 1. woohoo! recovery week next week, and then on to phase 2. Bring it!

Day 16/90 - Plyo X done! No extra motivation needed today.

Day 15/90 - chest back and abs done! Really happy with my chest and back workout today. Had a few too many carbs and fat over the weekend, but kept my calories in check nonetheless. Today is a new day, and I will do better!

Day 12/90 - Legs and back done! I had a really hectic day, so don't feel too enthused about the workout. My mind wasn't really in it, and I think my form suffered from that. Tomorrow is a new day, though. Time to do my best and forget the rest.

Day 11/90 - yoga x done! This is the one I struggle with the most, but I'm already seeing some improvement in both flexibility and balance.

@ MissAnjy and ddavies - Thanks for the encouragement. I have a love/hate relationship with plyo. No extra motivation needed for today, though. Arms, shoulders and abs done! Day 10/90.

Day 9/90 - plyo X done! A tenth of the way there. After a round of ice skating this morning, it took a lot of motivation to push play today. I'm so happy I have a group here to keep me motivated.
