I will say Pilates helped tremendously, helped strengthen my Core and really helped my back, I would try some excercies to strengthen things up as well...

Hey ladies, I had to push through a work out this morning, I planned to do my 5 K training, but my body was just not up to it, so I did some cardio excercises in stead, it's that TOM and I am just not wit it, Just gotta keep pushin through this week ! Pray for me !

Thanks Serene, yes she showed her ugly face this a.m. lol, I managed a quick workout, I feel a little pinch in my knee so I need to be mindful of that in this running program, I can't afford any set backs, I think I need to strengthen my legs alot...
