I did L1D1 this morning - ouch - my legs and arms are made of rubber right now and I suspect the pain will only be worse in the morning. I woke up early and did L1D1 today - ouch! I have not worked out for quite a while... since I started my weight loss journey in October I've basically focused on diet and walking. Thanks for setting up this challenge, it's exactly what I needed to start me on the next level!

Thanks for posting the challenge. I'm in! I was just saying yesterday that I needed to add more physical workout to my weight loss routine. I'll post my beginning numbers tomorrow because I have never taken all my measurements.
