All about calories! Doesn't matter what we eat. I was in the same boat like you before. Ate anything just in smaller portions and lost weight...

OMG!! Just reduce your calorie intake otherwise u can eat anything... I lost 15 kg this way...Now I exercise just for body definition. Good luck! x

You said TDEE is 2022. What type of activity? Also to lose weight you need to eat 15 or 20% bellow that number so around 1600-1700 cals. not 1400.

You should compare yourself to that person after you lost the fat and then see who looks better: you, who exercised the all time and ate well, or that person, who was on a diet, which is not sustainable for all life and no exercise.... Trust me, continue what you are doing, is the right way!

Day 5: Legs and Back done. Maybe because is first week and I have to watch the moves and the proper form I don't feel like I am getting a proper workout. I am sure second week I will be better at it. Ab Ripper X is a killer...:)

Extreme attitude leads some people to failure...Somewhere in the middle I think is a good compromise..Everything we do regarding our body should be a lifestyle not a diet, HATE this word..."diet"....

Loosing weight without exercising will not make you look good. I did that and became skinny fat which I hate. Now I am working hard to lower my body fat even thou I look skinny in my clothes. I guess depends what your goals are...Just my two cents in...
