Yeah you are all right. The scales arent always spot on and the mirror is the key! Im feeling better and looking better so I guess that is good enough for me. I'm still going for it on the exercise front, it can't be doing me any harm. Thanks for feedback guys, appreciated it :)

Well done! I'm forever having to change my bra size, up, down, up, down. My boobs are the first thing that put on weight/lose weight. Costing me a fortunte in underwear!

Some great info here, thank you! I have made mung bean stew in the past and loved it, completely forgot about doing this again so you've got me raiding my cupboards for the packet of mung beans! I'll give the ready mixed batters a go too, thank you once again, made my mouth water!
