This week 10 miles, last week 8 miles. 18 miles=12 to go--maybe I will up my goal???
-
7 mile walk/jog= 23 to go for the month.

Hi I just saw this--I am just returning to walking. I am in for 30 miles for this month--and kudos to all of you with the 40+ goals.
-
I love it--very cute!

I mix it up. I am doing 30 DS again and I do it 2 days a week. I do elliptical 3 days a week, and Jillian's yoga meltdown one day a week. I have to mix it up because I get bored and then won't do it. Good luck.

thank you for sharing! Like everyone else is saying--WOW! AMAZING! INCREDIBLE! KEEP IT UP!!!!!

Yep, just like everyone else who has posted and I feel so hungry during my period so I really must exercise self-control or the weight I gain from retaining water sticks....
-
I think this is a great idea...and I must first figure out what motivates me because that is where I am stuck--WANTING to be processed food free and only desiring clean foods, and I want to be 8-10 lbs. thinner and I've not been that weight in so long I don't know what it looks like. So, having others share their…

Thanks for doing this!

Agree with you both. I've wanted to get to 127 and I am stuck at 135 and continue to be stuck there for about 6 months. I continue to try to improve my clean eating and new exercises (now running 5Ks three times a week and that is new in the past 2 months) and learning to love myself at this weight! We are not alone in…

I do Jillian Michael's yoga meltdown--it is great and intense! I started with 10 minute yoga for beginners--got it at Walmart--which helped me learn yoga moves (there are 5 workouts each 10 min you can combine them) before starting with Yoga Meltdown. Good luck!

You've got this! I have the same issue with thinking, "No more treats forever?" Then, when I eat well and feel SO GOOD I know I need to stay away from the sugary sweets I think I love but I really don't. You can do this day by day. I found a blog called chocolatecoveredkatie and she is vegan and has healthy, "clean"…

Yesterday was my first day of success with my mini goals. I feel great about it--I ate what I call "clean" and I ate the correct amount of calories. Today I set the same goal--eat my caloric intake and eat clean (no processed foods or sugar). I hope to do this daily for a month.

I cave in. If I see food (sugary things are my downfall) I taste it and then I have the taste in my mouth and so I eat more later or something. If I can convince myself to never eat it, then I can stay strong. That is rare.

I'm in and starting tomorrow. Thanks.
-
Thanks for the inspiration and a goal to work for! Well done!
-
Well done! You look like a whole new person!

GREAT goals! Feel free to add me as a friend--I am doing couch to 5k and will start week 2 tomorrow. I've been stuck with the last 10 lbs. since March and am determined to get it off. I would LOVE to have you as my friend since you are SO motivated!!! Best of luck!
-
I am starting week 2 tonight! I am so excited about pushing myself! Thanks for all the motivation from all of you!
-
I did week one and loved it--am slow but I did it. Now I start week 2 and am glad to see others posts about breathing so I can learn to master that as running time gets extended. Thanks for the encouragement everyone!
-
I started with No More Trouble Zones--I've been doing her circuit training on her website for a year and this DVD kicked my booty! Let's hope it keeps going!
-
You look great! Thanks for motivating me to keep going!
-
These sound great! Can't wait to try them!

Baking oatmeal cookies and eating some.

I am in your same boat with wanting to get the last 10 lbs. off. I've been bouncing around 137 lbs. for the past 8 months and I workout 5-6 days a week--Jillian Michaels circuit training and yoga meltdown, and elliptical and treadmill. I just started the couch to 5k program this week in hopes running will help. I would…

I have always had the same trouble and the doctor told me to eat more protein. She also checked my blood sugar and I am on the low end of normal. I switched my exercise routines, per her advice, to evenings so I can shower, rest, and then go to bed. I feel refreshed and energized the next morning--like a delayed reaction.…

I'm in! I am a big Jillian junkie.
