No! Stay away from junk food. The fat and carbs will add up and then you'll die in the hospital with diabetes.

Look at calories and serving size. Also watch your bread and junk food intake. Keep a scale close to weigh yourself often to stay on track. The most important thing is lots of exersise.

It depends on your size, height, age and weight. I'm only 4'11 and I weigh 100 pounds. I eat under 1000 calories a day and I wear a size 2.

Saying you burn calories while taking a shower is like saying a cheeseburger wasn't the cause of your jeans ripping. Sorry.

None at all. If you want to lose weight try running or join a gym. I would walk to church, dance during worship, and then exersise after church. I'm not sure if you're trying to make a joke or you are just lazy. I mean REALLY people.

Just don't drink it. Diet coke is not actually "diet" coke. I read in a women's top health magazine that it actually prevents faster weight loss. Just drink lots of water and eat orange slices. Best snack ever. So refreshing! Especially after a run.

Drinking lots of water, Exercising for at least 30 minuets a day, and staying away from bread, fat, and sweets. Just doing that will get you off on a healthy start.

First of all, to lose weight you need to stay on a diet and exersise plan even if it is the holidays or you're on vacation.
