Wow! its amazing how we are in such a similar situation. I too am looking to weigh 140. I'm currently 170! i also have a hard time with motivation, probably because I crave junk food a lot! I will add you! I just starting dieting and p90x today.

Thanks for the advice! food is gonna be a problem when I go back to school because I'm living in dorms and I get the food on campus =( they don't have very many options for healthy food.
