Oh ive already been dieting and working out. Ive alread lost 14 pounds, im at a plateau though so i need to switch things up and was wanting to get some input!!

i always wonder and ask the same thing! i have to have my coffee and i have to use some kind of creamer or else i dont like it. but i mean when i first started losing weight (im kinda at a plateau now) i lost 10 pounds in the first month & a half and i still drank coffee. But recently i just switched to sugar free creamer.

yes, but do you measure out your creamer? Everyone doesnt seem to understand that is something i did not to. I just straight poured the creamer in my cup...i would use about half of the coffee and fill it halfway in my mug and then do my creamer for the other half of the mug...and doing this 2 maybe 3 times a day, is not…

i understand what your saying, but i dont meausre out and never have measured my creamer.... i just pour it straight in until its about tan-white color. So i definitly know i use to much and that it could be contributing BECAUSE thats a ton of sugar right there....However this morning i did measure out my creamer for once…

yes i think i underestimate how much creamer i actually use...for one i dont meausre out my creamer. and two yes it could stop my weightloss (or i believe it could) because that is alot of sugar. If i cant stop it without i may add like a tsp ot tbl or creamer. we will see

Im in the same position. DONT WORRY, its a slow process, as everyone tells me. I lost 10 pounds and have been stuck at the same weight since mid-end february. You wil get there dont worry. No i mean i calculated to get 1924 a day. It was like 2104 or something close to that.

Thanks! I took a look at that website you provided and it came up with 1924 calories. Does this sound about right? I should be eating this many calories a day im guessing if this is what that means?!

I am totally in the same position! I have lost 10 pounds the first month & a half, now im stuck. I started at 169, now im at 159. My goal is to be 145-150 by the time i go on vacation April 25th.

I LOVE the 30 day shred. Such a fantastic workout. Gets your heart rate going & you sweat alot, thats if you really push yourself. I would love to join! :D
