Plateau help!

I have been at the same weight (not my goal) for over 2 weeks, not even a half pound loss. I am following the calorie count very closely - I haven't been able to exercise as much due to my schedule, but again, the calorie intake is on target. Is it possible I'm eating too few?? MFP put me at 1320 for a lb a week loss. I initally lost 9 lbs, but have plateaued. Suggestions?

People will help if you open your diary.

If you hike up your calories then drop them, that should help. Eat at like, 1800 for a week or two and drop it back down. Also, yeah, open your diary

If you want specific advice then open your diary. Generally, if you really are eating below your TDEE and getting a reasonably healthy diet, then I'd simply say be patient. Weight comes off in fits and starts, it's not linear.

Opening your diary will help, but 2 weeks is not a plateau. People often expect that weight loss is linear and you will lose 1lb a week, every week - it doesn't work like that. Weight loss is incredibly varied and if you are doing it right, it will come off eventually. It may just happen in fits and starts.

2 weeks is not a plateau. You just need patience. I'm at two weeks myself with no loss. Don't adjust your settings just be patient.

If you are logging accuratel then it's definitely possible you are not eating enough. As others have said you would need to let us see your diary to know for sure.

2 weeks? come back in 2 months if stuck at the weight. From your diary eat more protein at the expense of your carbs.
