Can't seem to open the link...but it's Mexican food. Which means it's delicious and shouldn't be worried about! Seriously, if you're not eating there daily, just be accountable for it. It's okay to indulge. Enjoy it!!

75g of protein?!?! Where do I get that type of seitan?!

The only rope I found on their site was the Aqua Fit 360 Skip, which states that it is used for a warmup pre-swimming workout. It has nothing on it regarding jumping rope in the water. It's part of their Aqua Fit line, which is a conditioning line used to strengthen different muscles you use when you swim...not to be used…

Wondering the same thing....

This seems crazy low.... I eat 1400 cal a day and have no problems meeting my goals of 105p/31f/175c. I'm vegan, and eat a lot of seitan, beans (black, chickpea), quinoa, tvp, and the occasional tofu. I also have one shake and one protein bar on days I work out. For 1500 cals, all of your numbers seem very low. Are you…

I actually went to a class on Friday at my gym! It was supposed to be a cardio sculpting class, but I guess the trainer was sick and so they had someone who was there do a cardio class instead, which happened to be Cize. I didn’t know what it was, and didn’t know if I wanted to waste my time doing a dance cardio class…but…

Unless you're doing active rest between sets (jumping jacks, burpees, etc.) then no.

You are getting a weekly DEXA scan for FREE?? I find this very hard to believe, as they are quite costly to have performed.

Wow...she wasn't. You sound hangry. Maybe add a Snickers to your lunch? Sheesh.

Frozen veggies can actually be more nutritious than fresh depending on the region you live in, because they can lose nutrients if they are picked before ripened to be fresh upon traveling to your region. Where I live, in the winter, fresh veggies are very expensive and they are TERRIBLE quality because they have to come…

Best thing I've read all day!

I was a US 14 at 210 pounds. I'm now 173 and am in an US 8. I went to a 12 around the 200 mark, and was pretty much there until very recently. I seemed to skip over the sizes in between. One day the 12's fit, the next they were falling off it seemed.

You must be new here.... ...and to the internet... ...have you met Google? Or is that where you got your medical expertise from?

If you're logging under strength, that's really just a place to track your workout/reps/weight and not a caloric burn. If you want a rough estimate of calories burned for that workout, log it under cardio.

For the most part, all of the characters were lined up across from the RV, the only ones who were not in the straight line were Glenn and Eugene, who were at the ends. Every time Negan walked in front of one of the folks in line, you could see the RV behind him…the only time you wouldn’t see the RV was when he was in front…

Search Sistema on Amazon...we have a ton of their containers and they are excellent! My husband is in law enforcement and works in prisons occasionally, so he's not allowed to pack food in glass containers, so these work great! They have a huge product selection and I'd be shocked if you couldn't find what you're looking…

I know for me, it was always before or after practice. If a practice was right after school and they knew we hadn't eaten since lunch 4-5 hours before, they'd have something like oranges and bananas for us. If it was later, we might have a similar snack for after practice to hold over until dinner. It wasn't to make it a…

Working mama here...40-60 hours a week depending on my on-call schedule. Are you a single parent? Why are you the one doing all the house work and meal planning??? My husband and I split that stuff so that we both have time to get to the gym and have time together as a family. Sharing the load, if you have a partner, makes…

I'm almost 32, so I don't know how far back you're talking, but we always had snacks growing up. We always had them after gymnastics meets or soccer practice and games...we had them in school, etc. My mom didn't carry a bag of snack food around for my brother and me if we were running errands, so like you, we would suck it…

Most portable protein foods are non-meat...bars, shakes, yogurts, nuts...the only real portable meat source of protein I can think of is jerkey...but I'm vegan so I'm not very in-the-know about meats. I always have No Cow Bars on hand - 21 g protein, 4 g fat, 27 carbs but only 4 net carbs, and 20g fiber. Super filling and…

So she left me alone this morning...but the poor custodian who was cleaning the showers got a sales pitch...lol these people have no shame I swear!

No means no. It's not situational. No = no. If you don't want someone feeding your child something, it's your job as the parent to ensure that.
-
Your child, your rules. If people you are trusting to care for your child don't follow those rules, then find someone else. You are allowed to tell someone - even family - no. My little girl has a severe dairy allergy...even the slightest amount triggers anaphylaxis...and it's in a TON of stuff...so my husband and I are…
