I eat white rice everyday for lunch and dinner and continue to lose weight. Enjoy the food you like, as long as you are counting your daily calories and not going over. CHEERS!

I am also 4'11" and started at 196 lbs. My heaviest was 213 lbs at one point. I can't wait to be down to 130-140 lbs.
