I have USN Diet fuel. Mainly because I HATE eating in the morning so I have one of these with a handful of frozen fruit blended so that I am having something.

I was about to post about my weak left knee!! Seriously, a few days of exercise and it aches like a mofo. I thought I was just being a wimp lol I am tempted to concentrate on swimming until I lose a few lbs to ease off the pressure

I would just put your activity in as not sedentary? If its something you do every weekend then its not really extra exercise is it?

this sounds like me.. I have just started wearing 2 sports bras in a bid to stop any potential black eye injuries. TMI alert but I also wear control pants to stop my belly bouncing!!!

I don't like diet drinks at all. The sweetener tastes off to me so I have bought the cheapest bottled water I could find and just have that in the fridge

work out how much of a particular exercise it would take to work off the junk you want. If you want it that bad then you will do the exercise first.

I base some of my meals around what Aldi have as their super six. Do you have the super six in USA? This week cucumber, celery, spring/green onions, 750g packet of salad potatoes, cherry tomatoes and packs of 2 gem lettuces are 49p each.
