I am starting with my first log of my weight etc today and although I am pretty sure that I am going to try to use water to stop me snacking I wondered whether you guys know of any natural appetite suppressants? <--- not even sure if they exist.

what has surprised you along the way?
SO, in a bid to wean myself away from my coca cola habit I turned to coffee. Both caffeinated I know but its a step. I take my coffee with no sugar but with 3 spoons of whitener.
