How long?

quick question, I have had some kind of vomiting bug over the weekend and I havent been able to do my shred (to be fair, saturday I could hardly get off the sofa) but how long would you leave it til you start the exercise again? I would go out walking but there is around 4" of snow out there!!! I feel like I am ok now, just still a little discomfort when I eat iykwim

    Until you feel 100% better again.

    It's not worth doing exercise if it makes you feel bad, and it's not at all necessary for losing weight. Whenever you get sick I'd also recommend people focus on their health as a priority. You'll want to give your body as much help to recover.
