Lunch tomorrow. 2 questions..

I am really bad at eating during the day. I am rushed in the morning so I put it off and then end up eating junk.
With this in mind I have bought porridge/oatmeal to have with the children in the morning and have decided to make lunch the night before so I have no excuses!!
SO. For tomorrow I have mixed beans with sweetcorn and red onion dressed with lime. Would you add some chicken or quorn to that or will it be enough on its own?
Dinner will be beef stroganoff with rice (I am not keen on brown rice BUT I am mixing half and half brown and white so hopefully it will be better for me)
What are you having?

I will plan ahead to see what I can eat. You can enter what you are planning on eating tomorrow (just use the forward arrow to advance to tomorrow in your food diary). Start with breakfast, dinner, and what you already have for lunch. Then look at your overall calorie count and macros. Do you need to eat more? Also, be sure you include any snacks or anything else you might be eating.0
