So! After a good ten minutes of trying to take a photo of my own back (HOW!?!) I asked the only other people in the house to help.. those people just happen to be a 6 yr old and an 11 yr old.. Its day 1 for me. Trying to eat well and starting 30 day shred since it looks easy to follow but challenging if that makes sense.

Anyway, there they were clicking away and the words "Mum, you totally have back boobs.." were uttered.
