Agreed. It doesn't matter how much you weigh, strength training is always good. Maybe do some research on different strength training programs and implement something that works for you. I prefer lifting really heavy with fewer reps, but that's just me. Also look into physical activities like hiking, dance, cycling,…

Quest bars are by far my favorite protein bar. The protein-to-calorie ratio is awesome, and they really do taste good! I just finished my box of Oreo cookie ones and need to buy another.

Yeah that's why I don't wear mine either. Super cute, but they really want to be a thong. Blech.

Eggs, especially hard-boiled since they're portable, cottage cheese, apples and peanut butter. Also, I like to cook so usually I make big batches of something like vegetarian stew or curry and then take the leftovers with me to work for lunches.

Hard boiled eggs marinated with soy sauce, black tea, cinnamon, and pepper. So, so, so good.

Popcorn, air or oil popped.

I agree with the sentiment of your post, but I'm really here to say that I <3 you for the use of the word "fracking."

Congrats :). ETA: It took me a while before I was able to jog even a mile without stopping. Currently my mile time is about 8 min 30 sec, so I can run a half mile in a little over four minutes.

Ugh. I *want* to like bananas. I really do. But I don't eat them (except in things like banana bread) because I can't get over the taste and mushy texture.

Actually, legit red velvet cake (AKA delicious) is supposed to get its red color from beets, so it's not an unheard of thing and isn't as bad as it sounds :).

I use this exact routine, except I use coconut oil instead of olive. My skin has never looked better.

Deadlifts and kettlebell hack squats. I can't even believe how much improvement I've made since I started doing those two exercises.

I think you win :).

Leftover homemade potato soup (recipe from The Pioneer Woman, google "perfect potato soup" and you should find it), minus the cheese and bacon. Heavenly.
