Im right there with you girly. Im frustrated and stressing about it EVERYDAY! I feel like nothing is happening.. No gym for me either., Luckily I found an awesome park track I love to run at everyday! and if i dont then i get extremely irritated, still frustrated that this is going alot slower than i feel that it happens…

cool! I've been doing this whole thing recently too, thinking i feel slimmer here and there, hubby says he still cant tell a difference which makes me think im hallucinating...but maybe if ya'll are doing it it's true!

I just tried the abs and core disc today, day one..OBVIOUSLY the wrong order... :sad: but I'll be trying it too!

excellent now I dont have to feel so guilty when its late. I have kind of an of eating schedule anyways. I guess turkey patty and apples it is.

oh cool... I ran and burned 300 calories today so I still have 909 cal. remaining...so i guess another meal is in order...

yes, by the way I am switching for personal reasons. When I switched to no meat I thought that my body would become healthier and I would feel amazing when in fact it did the opposite.

I work out pretty hard, I ran 2.5 miles today burning 311 calories and I was planning on going again later today. so pretty much the more meat the better?

wow! alot of responses already..I wasn't expecting that.. I just set up my profile on here yesterday so I'm still not sure of all the tweaks and whatnot. Also, I'm not sure of protein intake in GENERAL. I just started eating meat again, I was pretty much vegetarian so it's kind of a guessing game for me right now.…
